Yogurt parfait

Simply layer the ingredients. Using a tall glass will make it look nicer. Fiber-rich berries naturally sweeten plain creamy yogurt and add freshness, while toasted almonds and sunflower seeds provide crunch. Serve quickly before the nuts and seeds become soggy.

Combine almonds and sunflower seeds in a bowl.

Using four 16-ounce glasses, spoon ¼ cup yogurt into each glass, then top with ½ cup berries, followed by 3 tablespoons nut mixture.

Repeat layering with remaining yogurt, berries, and nut mixture.

Serve immediately.
